※アレルゲンに関しては、食品衛生法に基づく「特定原材料」8品目と、「特定原材料に準ずる」20品目の計28品目に関し、原材料までさかのぼり調査し、記載したものです。
※工場での製造・加工時、店舗での調理時には細心の注意を払っておりますが、調理器具を介して等により、他のアレルギー物質が微量混入する可能性がございます。
※アレルゲンに対する感受性には個人差があり、微量な混入でも発症する場合がございます。最終的には、専門医にご相談のうえ、お客様ご自身でご判断いただきますようお願いいたします。
※栄養成分値は、検査機関での計算値、並びに「訂日本食品標準成分表に基づいて計算した数値です。あくまで標準値であり、店舗にて一品一品手作りしておりますので、実際の商品は若干の数値誤差が生じますことを、ご了承ください。

List of Allergens (English)
* Regarding allergens, this information is based on the Food Sanitation Act, covering the 8 'designated ingredients' and the 20 'ingredients equivalent to designated ingredients, for a total of 28 items. The investigation traces back to the raw materials, and this is what has been documented.
* While we take the utmost care during manufacturing and processing at the factory, as well as during cooking at the store, there is a possibility that trace amounts of other allergens may be unintentionally mixed in through cooking utensils or similar means.
* There are individual differences in sensitivity to allergens, and even trace amounts of contamination may trigger a reaction. Ultimately, we ask that you consult with a medical professional and make your own judgment.
* The nutritional values are calculated based on the figures from the testing agency and the 7th Edition of the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan. Please note that these are standard values, and since each item is handmade at the store, there may be slight variations in the actual values.
* The menu and ingredients will be updated as soon as any changes occur. Please check for the latest information.
* Out of the 20 ingredients equivalent to designated ingredients, the following 9 items-yamaimo, abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, kiwi, banana, cashew nuts, and macadamia nuts are not used, and have been removed from the list.
